Our Young Leaders Pathway Programme is called World Heros it consists of two levels, Heros and Senior Heros.

It is a incentive for young people to work in collaboration with the community to inspire, educate and achieve positive future outcomes.

Our pathway is based upon four core elements: 

• Communication 

• Confidence 

• Accountability 

• Maturity

Our young leaders will complete various tasks, courses and workshops and are eligible to become a young leader from the age of 13.

Throughout this process, they will gain valuable experience, that can be added to their CV, as well as enable them to develop the skills and behaviours to be young leaders of our next generation.
